I got off to a slow start to crafting for Easter this year. I wanted to crochet a basket full of little wool eggs, but when I looked at the calendar and realized that Easter is this Sunday…my lofty ambitions sizzled out pretty quickly. Instead, I wrapped a few little cardboard eggs in wool yarn and placed them in a nest that Michael had made for me years ago. Levi and I grabbed some sticks from our peach tree and hung some more eggs on the branches. At first I had placed them in a tall vase with pebbles and baynuts in the bottom and wrapped it in a pretty pink ribbon…and then it fell backwards and broke into a million pieces on the floor. After that I decided to end my Easter crafting and call it a day. Hope you’re having better luck with your projects than I!
Have a wonderful Easter everyone!
